Answer:
The workaround is just to make a backup of the installation folder and paste it back after it got uninstalled. The save-game-files are NOT affected from the uninstallation.

When I wanted to install Rhem I SE (Mac version) it made me first uninstall Rhem IV SE and now I'm trying to install Rhem IV SE and it says I have to uninstall Rhem I SE! Answer: The workaround is just to make a backup of the installation folder and paste it back after it got uninstalled.
